Roger has lived on four continents, built teams in emerging markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, and led at the executive level inside Fortune 50 companies and high-growth startups. At two separate Fortune 50 companies, Roger scaled a SaaS division from $1.2B to $3.1B ARR and built a new division that grew 75 percent faster than target. At one of four cybersecurity companies, he took the US business from $20M to $50M, rewriting the playbook to increase profitability and retention by more than 25 percent.
