Helping Organizations Build Stronger Leaders, Healthier Cultures, and More Scalable Businesses.
Roger Young works alongside founders, executives, and leadership teams to strengthen leadership, improve accountability, and create cultures that support sustainable growth. Through organizational assessments, leadership development, strategic advising, and practical leadership frameworks, he helps organizations identify what is holding them back and build systems that move them forward.
The Experience Behind the Framework
Roger has lived and worked on four continents. He has led inside Fortune 50 companies, built teams in emerging markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, and scaled growth-stage startups in the United States. Three decades of executive work across the full spectrum of organizational life.
At two separate Fortune 50 companies he scaled a SaaS division from $1.2B to $3.1B ARR and launched a new division that grew 75 percent faster than its target. In an executive role at another company he grew a US business from $20M to $50M while increasing profitability and retention by more than 25 percent.
That range is what every RYLG engagement runs on. Roger does not advise from theory. He advises from frameworks he built and tested inside real organizations, through high growth, hard quarters, and the leadership pivots every scaling company eventually faces.
