From IBM’s AI & Security division, which he scaled from $1.2B → $3.1B, to Dell, where he built multiple SaaS growth engines across Boomi, SecureWorks, and AppAssure, to Cisco, IronNet, and Kudelski, where he led divisions from startup to market leader Roger’s career has been a masterclass in creating clarity, building systems, and inspiring high-performance teams.
But his greatest work began when he realized this:
